Debut

Después de tanto hablar de mis botas nuevas hoy os traigo su primera aparición pública. Y sí, al final no es ninguno de los looks del post anterior. Mea culpa! En cualquier caso tengo pensado sacarles mucho provecho porque son comodísimas y creo que pegan con todo :)

After so many talking about my new boots here they are on their first public appearance. And yes, this is none of the outfits from my previous post. Shame on me! However I'm sure I'm going to use them a lot since they are really comfortable and I think they go well with everything :)

Biker Boots

Do you remember these boots from my wishlist?

 

Pues ya han pasado de mi wishlist a mi armario :) Y ya estoy pensando como combinarlas, así que hoy os traigo algunas de las ideas de como llevar unas "biker boots" que se me han ocurrido. ¡Se admiten sugerencias!

Well, they've moved from my wishlist to my closet :) And I'm already thinking different ways of wearing them, so for today I have a "how to wear biker boots" post with some of the ideas I've had so far. Suggestions are welcome!

Primero una propuesta que incluye otra de mis prendas "wishlist" aunque no entró en el último post (ya era demasiado largo): un maxi jersey de rayas. Me gusta la idea de una prenda de punto grandota con las medias y el short (que apenas se vea pero nos evite helarnos la retaguardia) y las botas. A ver que os parece:

First a proposal that includes one of my "wished" clothes (it wasn't on the previous post because it could have become way too long): a striped oversized jumper. I really like the idea of the chunky knitted top with tights and shorts (which can be barely seen but that protects us from the cold) and the boots. Let's see what you think: 

Ahora un look con vaqueros inspirado por Natalie Off Duty (¿conocéis su blog? ¡me encanta!) y su maravilloso cardigan de Modcloth (sí, éste también estaba en mi wishlist).

Now, a look with jeans inspired by Natalie Off Duty (do you know her blog? I love it!) and her gorgeous Modcloth cardigan (yes, this was on my wishlist too).

¿Qué más? Ahora con vaqueros negros, camiseta blanca básica y un cárdigan oversized de punto (estoy pensando en uno que tengo de Zara gris del año pasado, pero imposible encontrar una foto online).

What else? Now with pair of black jeans, a basic white tee and an oversized cardigan (I have in mind a grey one that I own from Zara from last year but it's impossible to find a pic on the web).

Y para variar algo distinto: un vestido! Este es el look que más me ha costado construir aunque lo cierto es que se ve bastante la combinación de botas biker + vestidos por los blogs.

And now for a change: a dress! This is the outfit that took me longer to build though I've seen the mix: dress + biker boots in quite a few blogs.

Corduroy Shorts

Recuerdo tener cuando era más pequeña alguna cazadora y varios pantalones largos de pana, alguno incluso acampanado. La verdad es que no sé si hoy me vería con ellos pero creo que en short tienen su punto. Estos son de hace un par de años (creo). Y ya tengo pensado alguna otra forma de combinarlos. Y a vosotras, ¿qué opinion os merece la pana?

I remember having when I was younger some corduroy jacket and a few trousers, some of them quite long and wide. Truth is, I don't know if I'd see myself wearing them today but this short has its "something". They are from a couple of years ago (I believe), and I've already thought of some other way to wear them. And you, what do you thing about corduroy?

Otra vez fotos casi a oscuras. Siento la calidad pero mi cámara con tan poca luz no puede hacer mucho más y las fotos con flash no me gustan nada, será que no les tengo el truco pillado. De todas formas éstas son de hace un par de semanas, ahora ya le tenemos un poco más pillado el truco al nuevo horario y tengo fotos con más luz preparadas. El pantalón es azul oscuro (aunque parezca negro) y la blusa sí que es negra. En fin, después de todas estas explicaciones os dejo con las fotos. ¡Qué tengáis buena semana!

Pictures in the dark again. I apologize for the poor quality but my camera can't do much more in this light and I don't really like flash photos at all. Anyway, these pics are from a couple of weeks ago and now that I'm more used to the new light I've got some better photos to show you. The jeans are dark blue (though they look black here) and the blouse is actually black. So, after all the explanations I'll leave you with the pics. Have a nice week!

Winter Time

¡Argh! Odio el horario de invierno, nunca me ha gustado pero ahora tengo una razón más para aborrecerlo, y es que a poco que me retrase un poco en salir de casa por la tarde ya se ha ido prácticamente toda la luz y no hay forma de hacer fotos decentes. Así que lo siento por la calidad un poco churria de las fotos, si os fijáis hasta se nota como se va yendo la luz, ¡es una carrera contra reloj! ;)

Argh! I hate Winter time, I've never liked it but now I have one more reason to detest it since it's getting really difficult to leave home before sun sets and I can barely take decent photos. So I apologise for the weird color on the pics, if you pay attention you can even see light decreasing, it's a race against the clock! ;)

Striped Hoodie

¡Hola a todas! ¿Qué tal va el lunes? Yo he empezado esta semana con fuerzas y me he propuesto volver a postear a un ritmo (casi) normal, a ver si lo cumplo ;). Para empezar hoy os traigo mi última compra, esta rebeca de Zara que desde que la compré (el viernes) he usado ya dos veces así que tiene pinta de que se va a convertir en uno de mis favoritos. Tiene la cantidad justa de lana para que sea abrigada pero sin picar y me encanta que tenga capucha, hace tiempo que no tenía nada con ella y había olvidado lo divertido que es. ¿Qué os parece? ¡Feliz semana!

Hi there! How's your Monday so far? I've started this week with renew strength and I have the firm purpose of posting on a (almost) regular basis again, let's see how it goes ;). To begin with, today I'm showing you my last buy, this Zara maxi cardigan that, since I bought it on Friday, I've already worn twice so I'm guessing it's going to become one of my favourites. It has the exact amount of wool to be warm but not itchy and I love the fact that it has a hood, I haven't worn one for a long while and I had forgotten how fun it is. What do you think? Happy week!
